waiting list update

Hey SWAV family,

Been a while, but I hope everyone is having a good week!

We just made a minor update to our system. We introduced a waiting list feature that allows your clients to opt-in to receive a notification if an earlier appointment becomes available due to cancelations—removing the burden of having to notify your clients via social media so the availability may be filled ASAP.

This idea was provided to us by a Melbourne-based Barber, Jono, from Valiant Barbers, a longstanding barbershop within the Australian barbering community.

Going out and speaking to you guys face to face is the most valuable activity for SWAV as we better understand what needs to be done to improve our system and have good convos. We appreciate all the feedback we get from people who don't even use SWAV but are more than happy to advise on improving.
